At PLOOMARK, we work with international suppliers and fulfillment partners to deliver products worldwide. This means shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local courier services.   • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Incorrect Address Information

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PLOOMARK is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues with the courier.
